我按照你说的，重新下载，重新移植，还是出现那个错误，不知道为什么，求救！呜呜

我按照我写的步骤修改了linux-2.6.24的内核  也没有出现问题！

谢谢各位了，找到了问题，是我弄错了。
不过移植后启动，出现：
Warning: unable to open an initial console.
Failed to execute /linuxrc.  Attempting defaults...
Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found.  Try passing init= option to kernel.

只是什么问题呢？

经典的解法就是不要用yaffs, 改用cramfs..., 或者和我一样， 用jffs2
