 請問板上提供的u-boot有支持nand flash 256MB?

小弟的版子是AT2440EVB II ,因為沒有nor flash,版子已經改成256MB的NAND flash,但u-boot沒辦法支援64MB以上的NAND flash,
請問板上提供的u-boot可以支援256MB的NAND flash嗎??感謝!

NAND Flash的支持由page size（512 or 2048)决定,  我不清楚你所用的256MB的NAND Flash属于哪一种的。1.1.6或更新的U-boot应该可以支持这两种NAND Flash。但2048 page size的boot from NAND功能可能需要你自己实现

是的，1.3.1的uboot可以支持K9F2G08U0A的读写, 但如果不加修改的话是不能支持U-boot镜像从这块NAND Flash中启动的。
