 Kernel panic--No init found

友善之臂2440_ARM_Linux启动时超级终端出现以下问题,是如何解决啊?
VFS: Mounted root (yaffs filesystem) on device 31:2.
Freeing init memory: 124K
Warning: unable to open an initial console.
Failed to execute /linuxrc.  Attempting defaults...
Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found.  Try passing init= option to kernel.
